Matt Laurie Racing requires experienced stable hands (full time or casual) for immediate start in our medium sized stable. We are a busy stable and need you to hit the ground running and require you to know how to clean boxes and handle horses upon commencement. This is not a role for beginners in the racing industry.
We are located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, ten minutes from Mornington Racecourse and operate from an outstanding, thirty-five acre, state of the art, manicured property in Moorooduc. Full time role consist of six mornings per week, some afternoons and one Sunday per month on a rotating roster. Above award salary and overtime & penalty rates paid for full time staff, plus paid race day strapping and paid race day driving if applicable.
Casual rate also above award & double time for Sundays.
