Hinterland Thoroughbreds, located in Canungra, is one of QLD's largest professional breaking, pre-training and spelling facility for thoroughbred horses.

The care and education of our horses is paramount to the team here so the right person for this role will:

Have exceptional work ethic that you role model to your team
Have extensive practical and technical knowledge in the care and management of thoroughbreds including wound treatments etc.
Know the importance of working with and supporting your team, and providing clear and consistent communication
Have previous experience in managing and leading teams
