We are currently seeking an experienced rider.
We look for a team members with a patient, kind attitude towards developing horses. You will be working together with a friendly dedicated team of horsemen and women and reliability is essential.
Off the back of a record number of winners and prize money we have more horses joining us in 2023. Kübler Racing are a growing team in a new yard with fantastic facilities for horses and you, right at the foot of the gallops in Upper Lambourn. Lycetts Team Champions in 2020 and shortlisted in 2021 & 2022 achieving Gold Standard in every category. In 2021 we were winners of the Development & Training Award. We repeated this in 2022 and added the Safe Working Environment Award.
Join The Team!
We will consider applications for both full and part time positions. Full time hours are 40 hours per week spread Monday to Saturday. No Saturday afternoon or Sunday working required plus one further weekday afternoon off. Hours are 6:45 – 13:00 & 16:30 – 17:30.
Plenty of opportunities to go racing if desired but this is not essential.
