We are currently seeking a talented individual to become an Integrity Officer/Stall Superintendent. An individual could be successful if they possess the following. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and provide oversight of Oaklawn’s racing integrity program to assure compliance with regulatory, policy and safety requirements impacting the racing program. Develop, revise as necessary and monitor implementation of Oaklawn’s racing integrity plan, ensuring that it is conducted at the highest standards. Provide oversight and supervision of morning pre-race veterinary exams and Lasix administration Provide afternoon assistance to Association Veterinarian. Assist the Stewards and the Commission Veterinarian with out-of-competition and TCO2 testing. Assist the Director of Operations and Security Staff with regular inspections of jockeys and the jockeys’ rooms; pony people, exercise riders, outriders, assistant starters, valets and others. Assist the Director of Racing and Stewards in the investigation of any incidents resulting in equine injuries. Maintains an attitude & philosophy consistent with the company Core Values and Standards of Behavior with internal & external guests Punctual attendance required Ability to work required overtime.
