We have a fantastic opportunity for a Partnerships Sales Executive to join our Commercial Team on an up to 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

The Partnerships Co-ordinator will
•Establish and implement processes and ways of working across the Partnerships Team to ensure best practise of account management and support the sales function.
•Provide administrative support to the Partnership Team for racing and other relevant events throughout the year.
•Support the team with utilising the management software systems accurately to ensure revenue is accurately reported and costs are managed.
•Ensure the Partnerships Team are continually aware of the current financial position versus budget.
•Assist with inputting data for group partners and manage the invoicing process.
•Represent Partnerships Team on selected race days as required, looking after sponsorship and hospitality guests in boxes, suites, and the restaurant.
•Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure the appropriate allocation of revenue and costs across the business, allocating client payments, handling enquiries, and resolving issues when required.
•Partner with Jockey Club Catering to ensure accurate reporting of Food and Beverage Partners and allocation of income and costs.
•Support in delivery of ongoing Client data cleansing to maintain up to date contact information.
•Gather relevant data for partner reporting and internal updates.

•Experience of Partnerships/Sponsorship at events.
•Financially savvy with experience in financial reporting, invoicing, and cost management
•A team player, who can apply themselves to a variety of tasks with varying priorities.
