Rood and Riddle Veterinary Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated individual who has a strong equine background and a passion for customer service. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for creating positive interactions with clients on the phone and in person.
Our Customer Service Representatives are vital to the success of Rood & Riddle Veterinary Pharmacy. They offer our first impression and act as the voice and face of the company toward all current and prospective clients. This employee will execute all tasks with the goal of building relationships with customers and to seek customer retention. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with other departments in the Pharmacy, such as Pharmacists, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure the ordering process runs smoothly for customers. This employee will be cross-trained in other areas of the Pharmacy to support the overall needs and success of the company. The expectations of this individual are to uphold the reputation of Rood & Riddle Veterinary Pharmacy by behaving in a professional and courteous manner to customers and team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer support through managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Computer order entry
- Assisting walk in clients
- Gathering and communicating detailed information between clients, veterinarians and clinics
Experience:
- Equine: 1 year (Preferred)
