J.G. Goldner Pty Ltd (Goldners) is Australia's leading thoroughbred transport company, established in 1945. We operate a fleet of 16 specialised horse trucks from depots in the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.
The role
This role is based at Goldners headquarters at Warwick Farm.
As our Operations Assistant you will be a key member of the Goldners Team. Your role will have variety with the scope to develop and learn.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, emails and other forms of communication
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Operations assistance for managers as required, including taking bookings, scheduling and pricing
- Office assistance - data entry, small projects, and other administrative tasks.
