Overview
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our Maintenance Department at a large Central Kentucky horse farm. The Office Administrator works directly with the Maintenance and Facility Managers to maintain general office organization including some bookkeeping duties.

Duties
- Keep updated work log for all farm projects and renovations.

- Manage payroll and PTO for the Maintenance department.

- Assist HR with employee paperwork for the maintenance department.

- Communicate with vendors and suppliers.

- Procurement and sourcing for cost effective purchasing.

- Collect receipts and invoices and assist business office with billing.

- Monthly credit card reconciliation.

- Keep vehicle and machinery log including vehicle maintenance, insurance, and registrations.

- Assist with event set up and event facility management when needed.

Skills
-Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written, verbal, and electronic.

- Comfortable in a diverse work environment.

- Spanish would be helpful, but is not required.
- Willing to work independently, but communicate with a team on a regular basis.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
